You can decorate parts of the house. Long term tenant best, a year lease. No smoking/drugs. No pets. Room is $750 plus equal deposit(or up to $1000 depending on credit score) plus utilities of $95/mo to landlord; plus $12/mo for wifi paid separately to housemate who runs the wifi end of the month for the next month. Room will be available August 1.
