Hello- 12.5x11.5ft space for rent, great views, sectioned off from front entry, was used as a Den/office, separate side of house away from other bedrooms, will share main bathroom. Furnished considering short-term (month to month) w/ access to Kitchen & Laundry amenities. Front street parking in cul de sac. Pictures show current decor with bypass Accordian doors-easy to use, they shut & lock from the inside. Plans to replace with a larger, comfortable Sofa Bed that can stay open, drawers, adding more lighting and blackout curtains- alot of light and windows that face the front of the house with some views of the hills.
