What You'll Be Doing
* Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content across multiple businesses and brands.
* Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging social media platforms.
* Publish a minimum of 3–5 high-quality REAL LIFE posts per day across our social channels.
* Develop creative content strategies that drive engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.
* Capture behind-the-scenes footage, project updates, special events, construction progress, attractions, food operations, and day-to-day business activities.
* Work directly with ownership to document exciting projects and tell compelling stories through video and social media.
Required Qualifications
* Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends.
* Must own professional-grade video equipment.
* Must be proficient in video editing on a laptop or desktop computer—not solely on a phone.
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is strongly preferred.
* Experience with photography, drone operation, graphic design, and website management is a major plus.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between project locations.

Compensation
* Full-Time Position
* Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year (DOE)
* Long-term growth potential within multiple expanding companies
