Well-established wine touring company in Paso Robles seeking an experienced, mature driver (part‑time). Days can vary from week to week depending on my bookings and time of year! You’ll drive customers’ vehicles for full‑day wine tours, following an itinerary I provide that lists pickup points, winery appointments, times, and travel durations. We treat guests like family and deliver top‑notch service — TripAdvisor 2006 Award winner for top things to do in Paso Robles and Yelp 5‑star reviews.
Schedule
Primarily weekends (Friday–Saturday); other days available as needed
Tours run 5–8 hours
Compensation
$20–$30/hour plus 20% or more gratuities (drivers commonly earn $200–$400 per tour)
Key Responsibilities
Arrive on time for all pickups
Follow the day’s itinerary and keep guests on schedule
Drive safely and professionally through Paso Wine Country (East & West sides)
Interact warmly with guests; take and send photos during the tour
Maintain the customers’ vehicle in a clean, respectful manner
Requirements
Prior experience driving in Paso Wine Country and knowledge of the local winery scene highly preferred
Familiarity with the wine industry (driver or wine server experience preferred)
Clean driving record; no DUIs or recent tickets
Mature, outgoing, reliable, well‑groomed, and excellent communicator
