Established, busy full-service glass company in San Luis Obispo County is hiring an experienced Window Tint Technician for immediate work. We have consistent volume across auto, residential, and commercial jobs and are looking for someone reliable who takes pride in clean, high-quality installations.
This position includes auto tint as well as residential and commercial flat glass, along with some mobile work throughout SLO County using a company-provided vehicle.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of tinting experience, strong attention to detail, and is professional with customers. We’re looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and brings a positive attitude to the team. Experience with paint protection film is a plus but not required.
We offer competitive pay depending on experience, with a commission option available for independent contractors with their own license and insurance. We provide state-of-the-art plotter technology, film, and materials, and while tools are provided, having your own is a plus. Our work is referral-driven, so quality and consistency matter. Use of your personal phone for work is required using an app to clock in and out and access your job information, you'll be reimbursed accordingly.
