United Staffing Associates is partnered with a well-established organization that is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead crews across multiple active job sites. This role is responsible for coordinating field activities, supporting crew performance, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic field environments and can effectively manage shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct day-to-day crew activities in the field, assigning tasks and ensuring work is properly executed by team members and subcontractors
• Organize field workflows, anticipate jobsite needs, and adjust assignments as conditions, materials, or schedules change
• Promote and enforce safe work practices in accordance with applicable safety standards, ensuring proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment
• Respond to on-site challenges such as weather delays, material shortages, or equipment issues and implement practical solutions to keep work moving
• Ensure crews are properly equipped with required tools, materials, and equipment prior to deployment to job sites
• Review ongoing and completed work to confirm quality expectations and alignment with project requirements
• Support tracking, handling, and upkeep of tools, materials, and machinery used in field operations
• Provide regular updates on field activity, production status, and any issues impacting project timelines
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field personnel to improve performance and safety awareness
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Foreman, crew lead, or field supervisory role
• Strong background in hands-on field operations involving tools, equipment, and installation work
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in field-based systems and equipment handling
• Electrical and/or pump-related experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and installing heavy materials and equipment
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements for company vehicle use
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Schedule
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Typical start time around 7:00 AM
Pay
• $35.00 – $40.00 per hour, DOE
