The positions that need to be filled consists of working on single family homes, ranches and a few commercial buildings
Skill Set Details Needed Below
Building maintenance techs consists of these skills
• Carpentry repairs
• Plumbing fixtures, gas and water repairs
• Electrical switches lights and wiring
• Painting and drywall repair
• Floor repair wood and tile
• Tile repair kitchen and baths
• HVAC experience (a plus not required )
Landscaping and groundkeepers Techs
•irrigation repairs
•Fence repairs
•Planting
•Tree removal
•Stone mason work
•Ground maintenance
•Crop maintenance
•walkway and retaining wall repairs
Qualifications:
• Experience required min 2 to 3 yrs continuous ( This is the bear min were looking for )
• Knowledge of the job applying for backed up by actual experience
• Ability to solve problems independently or identify and report the problem
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
These are stable year-round position with a locally owned company Competitive pay will be based on experience and skill set level.
Full time positions Monday through Friday. We will consider part time applicants going to school
