year round work maintaining the properties inside and outside
Looking for candidates who can work as a team as well as independently at times if needed
We service residential and commercial properties 60 % remodels and 40 % maintenance
Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm - 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm
Stable year-round work never a slow time always something to do

Min Qualifications:
• Experience required min 5 yrs with at least 1 trade your great at were looking to hire managers within the company for each division
Carpenter Plumber Painter Drywall Stucco grounds keeper fencing Tile / Hardwood floors Hvac Electrical Mason Gardner Landscape
• Knowledge of the job applying for backed up by actual experience
• Ability to solve problems independently or identify and report the problem
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to physically do the work
