Key Responsibilities:
• Rake and level asphalt surfaces
• Operate equipment including plate compactors and power blowers
• Patch potholes and perform asphalt repairs
• Assist with seal coating for driveways and parking lots
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow direction from supervisors and crew leads
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in asphalt or seal coating
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 AM. Average 30–38 hours per week, with occasional weekend work based on business needs.
Pay:
$25-$30/hr DOE
