Trailer Hitch RV Center Service Department has an immediate need for an EXPERIENCED Parts Counter Person! This is a high volume, fast-pace environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Assist retail customers, technicians, Service Adviser's and Warranty Administrators.
Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other Parts information.
Pick-up and delivery of parts.
Process special ordered parts, with dealership computer system, and notifies Service Manager, Technicians, Warranty Administrator or client upon delivery of parts.
Keep records of outside purchases, parts received and issued.
Determines needs and specify part accurately.
Performs on-going inventories within the Parts Department.
Processes and closes open Repair Orders, or Invoices.
Handle parts payment collection at point of sale and make sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department.
Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
Keep detailed records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
Adhere to all company policies and procedure.
Counter Parts requires a number of basic skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Trailers or Motor-homes/trailer parts role.
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of Trailers.
Customer service experience.3
Ability to proficiently navigate through websites and look up parts
Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer.
Must be self-motivated and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday's
Good Customer Service Skills.
Also, a General knowledge of trailers, campers, RV's and trucks is preferred but not necessary. Prior experience with customer service and service writing is preferred. Must have the ability to multitask and resolve problems with minimal supervision. This position requires interaction with Technicians, Customers, Service Advisor's, and Warranty Administrator's. Must be able to work with a computer based system for inputting repair orders and parts sales.
