Central Coast Casualty Restoration, Inc. (CCCR) is looking for a motivated, career-minded Apprentice Carpenter ready to learn a skilled trade and grow with an established local company.
CCCR is a respected general contractor specializing in fire and water damage restoration, helping homeowners rebuild after unexpected events. If you’re energetic, dependable, and eager to learn the construction trade, this is an opportunity to start building a long-term career with a strong team.
As an Apprentice Carpenter, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on training in a variety of construction and restoration tasks, including:
• Demolition and site preparation
• Rough carpentry and framing
• Drywall installation and repair
• Cabinet reinstallation
• General construction support on restoration projects
This role is perfect for someone with high energy, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn a valuable trade.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record
• Clear background check and drug screening
• Verifiable proof of eligibility to work
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English
• Self-starter who can stay on task with limited supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
This is a physically active role. Candidates must be able to:
• Stand for several hours throughout the workday
• Lift 45+ lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with assistance
• Climb ladders repeatedly during a shift
• Use measuring tools accurately
• Operate power tools safely and responsibly
• Maintain job site safety, security, and professionalism for homeowners, coworkers, subcontractors, and vendors
