We're looking for someone to rent a room January thru March (maybe April). Preferably looking for someone who's clean and responsible!
This is a house located in an awesome, quieter neighborhood near Trader Joe's. We have a great garden, deck, garage with workout equipment, newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and just got a new washer and dryer! Also we have a den which has couches, a piano, and a projector.
The room for rent has dimmer lights, a big closet, a queen sized bed, and the floors are polished stained concrete. The room was freshly painted as well.
Two of us who live here are professional classical and jazz musicians, and the other guy works at a yoga studio and is a therapist. We have a vegetarian household, so we just prefer that people don't eat or cook meat in the house.
