Excellent Condition - IMEI is grandfathered in with NO ACTIVATION FEE EVER. This means that you can start-and-stop at will without having to pay any additional fees. If you buy a brand new Bivy Stick, you will have to pay an activation fee each time you start/stop service. Having this Bivystick will add up to BIG savings quickly if you are a user who activates and deactivates frequently. I was one of the early adopters and my original device broke after several years. Bivy replaced the device under warranty, and then transferred over the IMEI "early adopter" status to this device's IMEI so that it would not be charged the activation fee each time you sign up.

This device also has the up to date firmware that avoids the battery problems of earlier models. Works perfectly.
