We're Fixxa, a growing home services company based in Morro Bay/SLO building our own custom platform. Think Uber of Construction - CRM — scheduling, quoting, invoicing, client management, field tech app — all built in-house.
We're looking for a sharp developer (part-time, flexible hours) to help us build and improve features as we scale.
The stack:
- React + TypeScript (frontend)
- Supabase (Postgres backend)
- Vercel (deployment)
- Tailwind CSS
What you'd work on:
- New features (dashboards, reporting, automations)
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
- Integrations (Twilio SMS, Stripe, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Real production code — not fake projects
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable with React/TypeScript or eager to learn fast
- Cal Poly CS, Software Engineering, or related — juniors/seniors preferred
- Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
- Bonus: Supabase/Postgres experience
