as the title states, i am a 35 year old single father to a rad 14 year old son. we are needing a place to rent in atascadero. my budget is around 1200 a month right now. we have two wonderfully behaved kitties, but can have them fostered by a friend until we can figure out another situation. we just are in a bind and need any blessings we can get.
