Extremely clean, quiet and tidy, prof. female, financially responsible, 50's, non-smoker, healthy and sane (!), relocating to SLO and ISO of a small House, private Guest House, Condo, Townhome, shared home, or other similar space with a small yard/or patio.
My move-in date is flexible, preferably 10/1/2019 (or later), during/after the sale of my home in LA Co.
I am very orderly, pragmatic and organized, I have no children, I am trustworthy, have perfect credit (800+ FICO), assets and excellent references.
As a current homeowner myself I am respectful of the property of others, as well as I understand and appreciate the concerns of a landlord seeking to occupy their property. I am not your average tenant.
I have a very clean, trained, medium-sized 6 y/o spayed and licensed dog who is not destructive, does not dig or bark, is 100% house trained, and a professional couch potato.
I would also consider renting a larger house with permission to sub-lease a bedroom responsibly and judiciously whilst fully abiding by all legal codes and me assuming full financial responsibility.
