Hi! Looking for an unfurnished Room, Studio, ADU, or Guest House, etc., to rent, and/or barter in exchange for Housekeeping, Caregiving, Daycare, or Administrative opportunity. I do have a steady income, but limited budget of $500/mo until I obtain employment. It would be just me. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, no pets and no drama.
