ISO AMAZING LONGTERM HOUSEMATE / searching and sharing home (Morro Bay/Los Osos/Cay)

I should start by saying that this is NOT an advert for a boyfriend/husband/lover etc.. I seriously just want to find a clean, respectful, responsible, non-addictive fellow (CL does not allow common term for fellow) for house sharing. All personal details will be verified as drama, of any kind, does not make for a good home environment. In this vein...a maga type would not work.
I am looking for someone with whom to search for a larger house together and share expenses as much more value is realized than the offered one bedroom rentals. CL does not allow price ranges to be listed so rent could be as low as $2000ish or as high as $3000.
IE: Recent listing for $2500....990 sf, 2 bd / 2 ba, garage, washer/dryer hook-ups, good sized kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, and a refrigerator. Compare this to the typical one bedroom offerings that are 350sf., no washer/dryer access, tiny kitchens that require that refrigerator is placed in hallway or living room, on and on for $2000..
My schedule is rather flexible now for meeting and moving. "Home" is VERY important to me, so please do not reply if you don't comprehend/fit/share this vision.
