Hello. We are a family of four that needs a short-term rental for 3 to 4 months in the North County. Our house we own is getting remodeled and we need to be out of it for that time period. We are flexible on the months, but hoping to get it done in 2026. We have two high school boys, two dogs, and two guinea pigs. Both of us parents have full-time careers. We don’t smoke and we don’t use drugs. Not looking for an ocean view mansion (unless the price is right 🤣). We could make do in a two bedroom. No scams please.
