We are looking for an easy-going, clean & tidy housemate. Medium-sized room 11' 5" x 12' 8" is available Aug 1 in a house near High St. Deli. $1150/mo includes utilities (except cable/phone), shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, deck & garden. Street parking, washer & dryer in the house. The unfurnished room has wood floors, large windows, and a small closet. Convenient location, share 4br/2ba with 2 normal people. No pets or smoking/vaping anywhere on the property; single occupancy only. We will consider a cat, please discuss. Month to month, first month+$800 deposit to move in.

We are an adult, professional, couple. We drink but do not smoke, binge watch streaming but not reality tv, drink coffee on the porch on the weekend. We like to go see live music, walk in the hills, play games with friends. We are basically clean and share the chores. There's room to garden, if you want to grow vegetables or flowers. The house is walking distance to downtown, Madonna Inn, Taste, parks.
