* Tall dresser, two side dressers, wood/metal desk, wooden floor shelf to house décor, etc.
* Adjustable bed frame that goes up/down/massage—via remote.
* 55” Smart flat screen TV and cordless headset.
* Full kitchenware with shared appliances, cookware, bakeware, air fryer, etc.
* Overhead fan/light in bedroom with separate built in light across the room.
* Bedding can be loaned if so needed.

Perfect for single individual who prefers to live with other females, a safe place to call HOME away from HOME. There is a female tenant and resident, between 60 and 70 age groups. We're pretty easy going. One is a CalPoly grad and works at CalPoly, a rock hound, loves nature and pretty active. The other, can be somewhat of a homebody, sometimes works on contract positions, and enjoys the Central Coast adventures and events. Great place to hang your hat!
No pets, unless in tanks okay (lizards, fish, snakes, caged, etc.)
Notice: I do have a cat who is a hunter and the other is afraid of most of other pets due to trauma.
We are pretty laid back and prefer our place be kept clean. Each person helps with some house chores; pick up after yourself and help vacuum, clean the shared bathroom, kitchen, and sharing in throwing out the garbage and recycling. Pretty simple.
We're not interested in partiers bringing strangers home. Hasn't been a pleasant experience, to say the least.
In general, our home is so quiet and peaceful, you can hear the wind chimes outside and the slight breeze through the trees.
Parking: For now, on Prefumo Canyon and should be ready, hopefully the driveway will be ready by August. (no guarantee)
NO smoking of cigarettes.

* This 2200 sq ft triple-wide manufactured home with several skylights, natural light. The park is calm, easy going, and right next to the Irish Hills Natural Reserve.
* The ability to live in peace, harmony and communicate any differences or suggestions with the homeowner/resident or tenant is needed to ensure we're on the same page.
