I have a room coming available in a nice unit in a beautiful complex with a convenient location walking distance from downtown. You will have a large private bedroom, and your own bathroom in it and plenty of storage in the room. There is a washer and dryer indoors. The rent will be $1100/mo., but I can be negotiable for the right person. The room will be available in March. Only one occupant for the room.
I am easy going, and hard working. On my downtime I am involved with my side business, performing with a group out of Cal Poly and taking part in local events. I like to get out and explore with my daughter, who is 15-year-old (honestly quiet and well-behaved).
