What: You will be renting a spacious master bedroom with your own private full bathroom and a large closet plus access to common space.
Where: In a small apartment complex within a few minutes walking distance to downtown SLO! All tenants are mostly professionals and respectful of noise levels. A perk being close to downtown.
Amenities: There is laundry available at complex using an app or coins.
Terms: Monthly utilities will be split equally between the two of us, including gas, electricity and internet.
Me: I am a working professional, who rises early and works out of the home. I really enjoy yoga, hiking, swimming, paddling and just being outdoors. I’m friendly and have mutual respect for the person I live with, but maintain a quiet life independent of my roommate. I clean on a regular basis and like to keep the house organized. I like to maintain a low carbon footprint, minimize utility costs and household waste. Basically health conscious and environmentally friendly.
You: If you are into late nights, parting, smoking/drugs or drama, please look elsewhere. Must be ok with an indoor cat. However, no additional pets are allowed
