House shared with you and two other women that are quite busy. Peaceful quiet for the most part and comfortable.
Seeking professional or student. Peaceful/laidback household. Not a party house.
With outdoor space, walk to Target, Grocery outlet, Whole Foods, Costco, Sushi, Mexican food, Laguna grill, CVS, Irish Hills open space and Madonna.

We like food.... to keep the house clean, not a neat freaks but like it to be tidy.
We don't have expectations of keeping up with our roommates but hope to find someone with same laid back energy and ease of communication. We are not in a hurry just want to find the right person to enjoy this house and if interested once in a while connect to hike or go to the beach. We are both pretty busy so the house is incredibly peaceful and often we don't see each other so there is plenty of solo time.
