We have a larger room that will be available mid to late June. We are a professional male couple and have lived here for over 10 years. the room measures approximately 16' x 13'. This is a two story townhouse, with both un-reserved on-site and street parking. the $550 per month rent includes all utilities and internet. Ideally we are looking for a longer term tenant, unfortunately we cannot allow any pets or smoking.
