In search of new housemate in a shared home. Private room, shared bathroom. Looking for a tidy and responsible 20's/30's individual. House is located off of Highway 46 E in Paso Robles (about 20 minutes to downtown Paso) on one acre and has access to trails.

Must be ok living with dogs and cats. There are a variety of animals on the property so would have to be a very unique case to allow a new tenant with a pet to occupy the space.

Currently myself (29 F) and another mid-twenties female occupy the home.

Month to month lease. $1000 per month + utilities. Available July 5th.
