Enjoy your own private upstairs suite in the gated Heritage Ranch community on Lake Nacimiento. This spacious loft retreat includes a private bedroom, private full bathroom, and a large open loft living/reading area with beautiful natural light and views of the surrounding greenbelt. Available furnished or unfurnished. The loft is the full upstairs so it is very private.
The home features soaring vaulted ceilings, updated flooring and paint, Bosch appliances, and a peaceful setting that feels like a retreat. Shared access includes the kitchen, living areas, laundry, and backyard.
The home is shared with one professional female who travels often and is gone often. I am often in my hometown so between work and spending time out of the area I am rarely home. Looking to share a peaceful home with one person who is financially responsible and considerate.
Heritage Ranch offers miles of hiking and walking trails, two community pools, pickleball and tennis courts, parks, recreation facilities, private lake access, and a launch ramp. An equestrian center is also available within the community with separate boarding options.
Month-to-month rental. One pet may be considered with approval. Existing household includes a dog and cat (that are also not there full time but will come with me when I am home. The community has an equistrian center so horses are welcome but is a seperate price through the Home Owners Association.
