Hello I am looking for a roommate in my 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Oceano. I am a 55 year old man, very laid back. 420 friendly. In the process of renovating the house slowly. I have a small dog and I really don’t want any other animals. You will have full use of the house, laundry. Need someone that will keep up with keeping house clean. Room will be available first week of July
