Quiet house on quiet street in Cambria. Ocean views. Nice size bedroom 17x10 with private bath. Bedrooms share a closet wall so only interested in someone who doesn't watch television, but headphones are certainly alright. Some room in the garage. Washer/Dryer. Nice kitchen layout. Lots of skylights. Houses only on one side of the street and views of forest and ocean.
