Hi Craigslist. I hope I'm doing this right, I'm a single, retired male. I'm looking for a place that is private and that can accommodate a small dog to rent. I'm very responsible and quiet. I always pay my rent on the first of every month by automatic withdraw. I've been in the same place for about 10 years but it's time for a change. I can pay up to $1,500 a month. Also, I have no criminal history. Would like to be in a place by July 1 (need to give my current manager 30s notice), but can make it August 1 if you need. Thank you. :)
