Looking for a RV Space for Summer 2026 (Morro Bay)

This is a weird request. I thought I would give it a shot, though.
I live in (in my house) the desert and need a place to park an RV for June - Sept. I do need electricity. I can usually find a place to drive to, to dump black and grey tanks. I can fill up my clean water tanks anywhere, really. I have two dogs. One is older and larger, GSD. Very nice and well trained. The other is a small dog that is very sweet. I am a woman in my 50's and like to stay active. So, cool temps is important. I like to explore the desert in the winter. In the summer, I am content to be somewhere around Morro Bay. If you have, or know anyone that would like to discuss their "extra space", it could be a win/win if they need a little extra income. To put in a 50 amp outlet isn't cheap, I would happily chip in. I am not poor. I am not rich. I am from Long Beach, California originally and have a long time friend in Cayucas, if you need a personal reference. I live in Nevada now, I like it. I found a quiet spot.
I did stay at the Morro Dunes RV Park for awhile this year. I fell in love with the ocean there. However, staying in an RV park is not something I prefer. I do boondocking, but not for a whole summer. I have a car. small 4 cyl. Give me an email if you know anyone interested in creating a space for me. I will return year after year if it works out. I am easy going and like to chip in and help around. I can afford up to 1200/month. No drama, no drugs, no drunkenness. Clean and respectful.
