Commonly found in Motorhomes and Trailers, stays cold by switching between different power sources based on what is available.
KEY FEATURES & SETTINGS
Automatic (AUTO) Mode: This is the recommended setting. When selected, the fridge prioritizes AC electricity (shore power/generator). If AC power lost or disconnected, it automatically switches to Propane (GAS) to prevent food spoilage.
GAS Mode: You can manually set fridge to run only on propane.
Temperature Selector: The numerical scale (typically 1-5) allows you to adjust the cooling intensity from Cold to Coldest.
AC: Lit when the unit is funning on 120V shore power or a generator.
GAS: Lit when running on propane.
DC: Found on "3-way" models, this indicates the fridge is running off the vehicle's 12V battery system.
I have indicated LIKE NEW, because we bought this new with the intension of putting it in our motor home when the one that was in the motor home went out but never did install it. It is an older model then what is seen out there now.
