Selling because the rangefinder format just isn't for me. I won't talk about what the camera is good at/bad at since there are plenty of reviews. But I got some really nice photos from this camera.
I purchased the body from KEH (in ex+ condition), as wells as the lens (also ex+) less than 1yr ago. Also purchased from KEH the Thumbs Up grip (ex, though it does have noticeable brassing), two of the batteries, and a couple of the filters (Ex/Ex+). Another battery came with the camera, and I purchased one new from B&H. All are Leica brand, though I guess Leica doesn't label their batteries. Also comes with caps, lens hood (Zeiss brand), Leica charger, and Nitecore USB charger. The filters are all B&H brand and are two neutral density filters (0.6 and 1.8, for -2 and -8 stops, respectively), and a yellow-green and green.
I would argue the body and lens are more in Ex condition by KEH standards. They look really nice. I bought them to be used, but I took extreme care with them, as I always do with my equipment. I did take the protective plastic cover off the baseplate--I know some people like to keep them on, but cameras are meant to be used. I also mistakenly thought that label with all the info had a protective cover as well and started taking that off, then wasn't so sure it was a protective cover. You can see where I partially peeled it off and then re-stuck it, but it does affect the cosmetics of the bottom in case it matters.
I confirmed with Leica that the camera does in fact have the updated sensor--you can shoot them with an e-mail with the serial number to confirm for yourself if you wish.
I am willing to sell the lens separate from the body, but I will not sell accessories separate from the lens/body. I prefer not to sell the lens on it's own prior to the body selling, so local people can still check out the camera if needed.
Whole set: $4500
Body + body accessories (batteries, charger, grip): $3500
Lens + lens accessories (filters, hood): $1400
