I have a cat condo that originally had a scratch post attached to the top. It was a little wobbly for my cat, so I separated it, and it gave her more room to lay on top. She would still use the scratch post separately. I kept the bolt if you want to reattach it. I also have a small cat bed as seen on top.

All still in decent shape. She's lost interest in them now, so I'll sell all 3 for $20.
