Our non-profit North County client is looking for a Planroom Coordinator to start ASAP!

Position is M-F and approx. 30 hours/week. This is a long term temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job duties will include:

- Customer service and data entry
- Handle and Maintain bulk mailing list
- Handle permits and post bid results
- Travel as needed
- Other administrative tasks as assigned


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Office 365, Adobe and Publisher
- Valid CA Driver's license
- Pass a Multi-state background check
