Small corporate office in Paso Robles seeking a dependable full-time Office Assistant to support several affiliated businesses. This is an in-office position with a variety of daily tasks.
Duties include:
• Data entry and basic administrative work
• Organizing office files (paper & digital)
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies
• Mail pickup and distribution
• In-town errands and deliveries
• DMV visits for multiple company vehicles
• General office support as needed
Requirements:
• Prior office experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Helpful but not required:
• Spanish speaking
• Familiarity with DMV processes
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
