Labor Finders is looking for and Office Admin/Customer Service Representative (Temporary 30 to 90 days)
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in the daily operations of the business by providing high-quality service to customers. This role is responsible for assisting with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining positive customer experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable, and sales-driven with an interest in wellness and water care. ________________________________________
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in-person, by phone, email, and text
• Provide accurate and helpful information including specifications, pricing, and availability as it relates to spa and pool chemicals, spa covers, sauna, heart-related items, venting, accessories, etc.
• Perform water analysis tests using in-store water analysis system
• Interpret water test results and provide appropriate chemical recommendations
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using business software
• Assist with the creation of special-order parts orders and service call requests
• Document of customer interactions and service notes in business software
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
• Receiving shipments and inventory accurately
• Assist in stocking shelves, receiving inventory, and merchandising displays
• Support sales and service teams through communication and coordination

Qualifications and Competencies:
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• 1-2 years customer service or retail experience preferred (hearth or spa industry is a plus)
• Comfortable learning and performing basic water testing procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS and CRM systems a plus
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of water chemistry and testing procedures
• Comfortable handling and explaining water care chemicals safely
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
