Local food manufacturer seeking part time Office & Sales Assistant. Besides assisting the owner as needed, this position will either be directly involved with:

Cutting weekly delivery invoices in QuickBooks, as well as calling customers for orders

Monitoring and drafting emails

Keeping employee documents up to date, prepping payroll for bookkeeper

Communicating with bookkeeper, sales personnel, outside vendors, distributors

Inventory & Purchasing of office supplies

Facilitating on-time permit renewals & applications

Assist in documenting & developing procedures across the company

Manage Social Media accounts

Create and update marketing materials

Develop effective inventory and purchasing procedures

Assist in obtaining new sales accounts

Follow up on pending new sales accounts

Errands as needed

You need competent computer skills, ability to maintain digital files via scanning, an upbeat attitude, no fear of challenges, and reliability. Basic Excel, Quick Books Desktop, Adobe Illustrator skills are required.
