**Seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist in Nipomo, CA**
Experience & Qualifications:
Interpret and explain human resources policies, and procedures to employees.
Interview, screen, and hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits,
schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, LOA's,
transfers, or promotions.
Knowledge of labor relations and negotiation, laws, standards, or regulations is a plus.
Education and/or experience in Human Resources is required.
Agriculture & Safety background highly desired, but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.
