We are a longtime Construction and Solar company in Paso Robles, looking to hire an administrative assistant to perform basic administrative duties as well as various related tasks and special projects as assigned.
* Filling and organization
* Phone answering & message taking skills required
* Ability to work independently to resolve problems and handle multiple tasks
* Must possess strong attention to detail
* Maintain cleanliness of office
* Manage supply inventory
* Collect and distribute mail
* Possess personal transportation for specific errands
* 20+ Hours a week
