If you are organized, able to handle distractions, like tidy surroundings and like being busy and helping customers, We want to meet you. We are a small appliance Sales & Service company, located in Los Osos.
We are seeking a candidate that has a strong work ethic and enjoys multi-tasking.
This is a Full-time Position, M-F, 9 to 5:30
Job duties:
-Customer Service
- Heavy phone traffic
- Able to follow directions
-Scheduling,routing and dispatching Service Technicians
-Processing service tickets and sales invoices
-Receiving inventory & returns of parts
-Handling cash, credit card transactions
-Entering warranty claims;working with vendors on warranty and returns
-Data entry
-Filing and help with keeping small office clean and organized.

Requirements:
- MS Office skills
- Previous experience in a construction or similar environment preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment with lots of distractions
