Part-time (30 hours/wk) position available with a hotel management company; Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm (flexible) – Potential to become full-time, based on skills and performance.
Position is entry-level and is available immediately.
Various office duties to assist members of the Accounting Department.
Duties include: data entry, daily sales reconciliation, filing, courier, communication with outlying hotels to obtain necessary reports, etc. Duties may increase as candidate demonstrates ability level.
The ideal candidate will have:
~Clerical experience; ability to multi-task
~Sage100 (accounting software) experience a plus, but not required
~Typing 45wmp minimum; 10-key by touch
~Strong computer skills (MS Office; esp. MS Excel)
~Basic understanding of GAAP (Accounting Principles)
