Job Title: Part-Time Office / Dispatch Assistant (HVAC Company)
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (with potential for more)
We are a growing HVAC company looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Office / Dispatch Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and company owners.
Check and sort mail daily
Prepare and make daily bank deposits
Maintain a tidy and organized office space
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling phone calls and scheduling
Basic computer skills
Previous office or dispatch experience preferred (but not required)
We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
