Local high-tech manufacturing company is looking for a full-time Associate Order Processor/Sales Admin Support to join their team!

Duties include:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email or in person and receive orders for parts or services
- Check purchase orders for accuracy
- Receive and enter orders into a database
- Contact appropriate parties to clarify orders
- Serve as liaison with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and shipping personnel
- Operates Inventory control software (QAD)
- Expedites and tracks orders for customers
- Generate Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers for warranty review and customer repairs
- Other duties as assigned


- 1 year work experience (preferably within industry)
- Proficient with MS Office
- Extremely detail oriented
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment
- Works well with others
