Freedom Equity Group is a fast-growing marketing organization for independent life insurance agents. We provide support in various ways for thousands of independent agents working in the field nationwide.
We are currently looking for someone to add to our agent support team. This position calls for an experienced multi tasker, that loves people and customer service. Your main function would be taking inbound phone calls from our agents and answering general support questions. This is one of our most important positions, our agents are our number one priority and giving them excellent service from knowledgeable friendly representatives is something we pride ourselves on. Other job duties may include;
Communicating with Insurance carriers on pending business submitted by our agents.
Assisting with debt collection
Shipping and receiving in small quantities.
Previous experience in an office setting and general office duties preferred, as well as experience with Microsoft Office. These positions can vary from entry level to expert, and while knowledge of the insurance industry is helpful it is not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidates to grow and expand with our company. Our agent base is growing quickly, and we need dedicated staff members to stay and contribute to the team. Our administrative office is small, and we want to keep the family atmosphere that has kept us all happy.
