Our small, casual, professional office in SLO is seeking an administrative assistant, preferably with strong accounts receivable or collections background. Seeking someone with 10 to 25 years of office/clerical/accounting experience with the following skills:
Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent verbal communication when answering phones
Excellent written communication for emails to clients
Excellent attention to detail with numbers and computer work
Excellent organizational skills
Likes to think, analyze information, and find solutions on the internet
Compensation starting at or above your current or most recent job ($22 - $30 per hour) with health insurance, vacation and holiday pay. Full-time position with somewhat flexible schedule.
QuickBooks experience required as well as basic experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Good communication skills (phone and email) required. Prior experience in customer service helpful. Must be a self starter and have excellent attention to detail. Full-time but flexible schedule. Competitive compensation.
