Would you like to join an ambitious, rapidly growing local company on the cutting edge of our field as an Accounting/Office Manager? We are a tree service company local to SLO and Santa Barbara counties for more than 15 years and are looking for a motivated and qualified individual to join our office team!
We are looking to add a new accounting/office manager who has a bubbly personality, great customer service experience, is punctual, detailed, and trustworthy. We need a hand in the office to help with accounts payable/receivable, contracts administration, HR management, and cash management.
- College Degree (preferred)
- QuickBooks experience
- Payroll experience
- Comfortable on PC with: Windows 7 OS, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 50wpm typing speed
- Minimum of 2 years office management experience
- Minimum of 2 years payroll administration
