Looking for loud place to live and rehearse (Arroyo Grande)

It seems like every other rental in the area is listed as a "quiet complex" or "quiet neighborhood". I'm just wondering if anyone knows where a musician can live and rehearse within reasonable hours. I'd appreciate any information on this or if anyone else is looking for a similar situation. Thank you!
