This is perhaps the earliest known Santa Cruz guitar for sale. Old growth Hawaiian Koa. Recently returned to Richard Hoover where the guitar underwent a thorough refit including neck set, bone saddle and nut, refret and leveling and new bridge. Light a a feather in pristine condition! Original hardcase. Couple of bumps and bruises but overall excellent. This was made in the company’s second year of existence production # 37 when build numbers were somewhere around 25 guitars a year. Early label with all three founders. Formerly owned by Glen Quan of badass bridge company.
