A custom made Tom Morello "Arm the Homeless" black out edition. I assembled this guitar together using high quality parts identical to the Fender Tom Morello Arm the Homeless guitar signature with very minor differences. It plays amazing, holds tune very well. Weighs about 9.5 lbs on my bathroom scale.
Specs:
Body is Musikraft 2-peice Ash finished in a black satin stain. Has a recessed Floyd rose route with a Gotoh GE1996t black tremolo 40mm brass block installed, rear cavity route and 3-way switch to lower horn route. The 3way switch back plate is made of wood, the Floyd rose back plate is aluminum. The control cavity is black glossy plastic, there is a bubble of finish sealer near the backplate I noticed when taking the pictures.
Neck is Musikraft Banana headstock Kramer style, hockey stick. Features light Birdseye maple neck with dark rosewood fretboard. Radius is 12", nut width is 1 11/16", 2 3/16th rounded neck heel, 22 frets, medium jumbo, R3 Floyd rose locking nut, 10 mm tuner holes with Hipshot open back tuners. The headstock was finished in a black gloss paint, there are some finish checking cracks seen. The string retaining bar has an unused screw hole near it (see photo). The neck has a satin smooth finish done by Musikraft.
The pickups are same as Tom's EMG-H neck(single coil sized humbucker) and EMG-85 in bridge using solder less wiring from EMG. The 3 way switch is also solder less by EMG. Each pickup has its own volume and a master tone.
The condition is great, some signs of use. The headstock has some checking in the finish seen in the right light. No chips or dings from what I can find. There is a light scratch on the body from picking, hardly noticeable unless in the right light. There is also a small hole on the lower portion of the neck that has been filled. Not sure the story of it, but it was there when I purchased the neck. Truss rod adjustment is located at the heel. Action is low and plays easy.
Comes with a hardshell black case and custom Arm The Homeless stickers brand new unused
